Hello, my name is Laura. I am a yoyo exerciser and dieter. I am either really good, or really bad. It would be nice to lose the 20 lbs and keep them off. Writing down all the food I eat keeps me in check.
I need to consistently look for motivation to stay on track. I have a tendency to bite off more than I can chew and then feel overwhelmed...then stop the good behaviors. This site has been very helpful....I love entering the foods I eat, looking up activities and see how many calories that's been burnt.
My current motivation is to conceive a child, thus getting in shape and eating healthy.
How are you doing towards your goal of 20lbs? Have you had any lapses in judgement when choosing your meals. It is very easy to take the quick way out and grab the bad stuff. Just keep that goal in mind and you will accomplish it! Good luck and let me know how it is going. 3 months and 8 days till April!!
