I recently made a post about this app actually and I use it. I absolutely love it. I started at 180 and it has helped me go down to 174 in about 3.5 weeks. It's very useful and highly recommended. How about you?

 

Hi,

I use Lose It and I really like it. It's so convenient because I always have my phone with me to log my calories, (as opposed to not always having access to a computer when I'm eating).  The one thing I noticed is there was a difference of a little over 100 calories of what lose it suggested I eat and what caloriecount suggested, (lose it suggested more calories).  I'm sticking with the lower amount suggested by CC.

 

I've lost 2 pounds in 1 week using it. 

The only one I found that's worth even downloading is http://www.mynetdiary.com/iPhone.html

The downside is there is a monthly fee that I didn't feel was worth it. If you don't mind the monthly fee, it's an excellent tool. The others, not so much

I've used it and love it. However, I set calorie count as a shortcut on my home page. I think I prefer this site.

I myself have been using at since april 20th , and have lost a total of 9 lbs starting weight of 317 and at 309 today , I find it one of the best diet tools out there, Its always with me and so easy to use so for me there is no excuse not to keep track of the calories , Im still trying to figure out my exact burn  rate , I have my caloric intake at 2021 for lose it , but i would not say im sedentary , or moderate somewhere in between , I guess it will just take time to get the exact numbers my biggest fear is loosing the weight to quickly and ending up with the skin flab , I have heard that can happen , and as silly as it sounds that has been my biggest reason for not loosing the weight , Always thought Id rather be fat than have hanging skin everywhere .
