Every now and then I need to change my workout playlist on my Ipod.  I was wondering what everyone else's favorite workout song was for some new ideas.  I love the song "So What" by Pink!

Listening to my iPod while working out is the highlight of my day.

These are the ones that tend  to pick me up:
"Listen to Your Body Tonight" by Black Kids
"Diamonds and Guns" by Transplants
lots of Yeah, Yeah, Yeahs (especially "Pin" and "Mysteries") and System of a Down (the really fast songs, try "Bounce")
"It's Tricky" by Run DMC

(Some of) My workout faves:

"Monster Hospital" by Metric

"Poker Face" by Lady Gaga

"BOB" by Outkast

"Beautiful People" by Black Eyed Peas

"Higher Ground" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers

"We Are the End" by Alexisonfire

"Strict Machine" by Goldfrapp

Thank you so much!  This is a good start to a new playlist.

"So What" is good.

Right now I am listening to:

Santa Maria by Samantha Fox

Forever (Cahill Remix( by Chris Brown(

Run It (Jason Nevins remix) also Chris Brown

T Shirt (Josh Harris remix) by Shontelle

"Proud" by Heather Small

What have you done today to make you feel proud?
It's never too late to try
What have you done today to make you feel proud?
You could be so many people
If you make that break for freedom
What have you done today to make you feel proud?

Great thread! I'm probably older than all of you and I've got eclectic tastes, but here's my current gym playlist:

I love to row to techno, drum-and-bass especially.  If you're looking for something unorthodox and fast:

Showdown, Slam, Blood Sugar, Granite, Tarantula- all by Pendulum

One Night In Bangkok (French Mix)- Vinylshakerz

Everytime We Touch- Cascada

It isn't techno, but I love it anyway: I'm Shipping Up to Boston- Dropkick Murphys
