The new CC Plus Forum Shows your Micronutrient Breakdown if you scroll over the linked date on the "Analysis" page.  I am not ever close to consuming the RDA for Iron. And I believe over time, this can be harmful to my body.  What are some iron-rich foods?

Are you a vegetarian? If not, meat and fish contain lots of heme iron, the type of iron that is most easily absorbed. If you are a vegetarian or a vegan, take a look at this list:

Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see a longer list. And thanks for pointing out the Micronutrient Breakdown, it would have taken me AGES to figure that one out! Surprisingly, I fufilled my iron needs for the day - low on calcium, though, since I ran out of cottage cheese yesturday.. ):

Thanks Muttlover...I've been on that site several times, but that link was an incredible source of info.  Women need 18grams of iron a day...and I'm only averaging about 6-10 grams.  I'm not a vegetarian, and I feel like I'm eating many of the foods on the "High Iron" list.   In any case, thanks. 
I take a vitamin supplement that has iron.  I have to eat more fiber though, too much iron messes with my system (I think that is the case for a lot of people, so just a heads up)...
