Isn't it funny when foods you used to hate you now love?? 

When I was eating lots of junk, I hated the following foods, but now I love them.

corn, beans, raisins, oatmeal, boca burgers, brown rice, peas, and tuna fish . . .

What foods that you used to dislike--or avoid like the (healthy)plague--do you now like?

I never ever ever thought I'd eat Boca Burgers EVER.. Now I get them all the time.

Have you tried any of their other products??  Are they good?
The CHicken Patties are AWESOME. The taste and texture are spot on! I've had the chili, though, and was less than impressed. And I don't really taste any cheese in their "Cheeseburgers", but their burgers and chicken are GREAT! :D
i never cared much for any vegetable until i lived in japan... the japanese grow the best produce on the planet! expensive, but worth every penny!
im sorry, but ive been hearing way too much lately about boca burgers, WHAT THE HECK ARE THEY!?!?
Well, I never disliked aples but it wasn't one of my favorite foods either! Now, I LOVE green apples!!! They taste like candy to me now!!
Boca Burgers are.. vegetarian burgers, jawild. They don't have the same consistency, but the taste is pretty close :)

They have slightly more protein, and a whole lot less fat than real burgers :)
jawild, they're vegetarian "meat" (protein) patties, crumbles (like cooked ground beef), "dinners" (like lean cuisines), etc.  They're low, low, low in fat, have some fiber, and actually taste pretty good.  I never would've believed it, but the ones I listed above (they have like 8 flavors) are terrific.   :)

I used to hate salad. Now I eat it every day. What else... mushrooms, oatmeal, spinach (fresh only), yogurt...

It truly is amazing how much my tastes have changed! =)
Boca and morningstar burgers would be one, but something I liked but never ate since I had cookies, chips and all the other junk food around was fruit. I love fruit, but it is not as easy to cut and cube up a cantoupe than just open the bag and eat chips. That is by far the biggest change since I started watching my calories.
There weren't too many things I didn't like.  But I did hate any salad dressing that didn't have a lot of olive oil in it.  Now I doctor up fat free dressing all the time, like putting fresh lemon juice in Italian dressing to make it zippy.  I've learned to make and eat egg white omelets, after a lot of experimentation with egg beaters, which it turns out I don't like at all.  I'd rather have fresh egg whites, or wait and have just one egg about every other week.  I used to love fried food and now I have a hard time even looking at it. 

My biggest challenge wasn't learning to like new foods.  It was controling the huge portions I was used to and loved.  I think back and can't imagine that I could eat 4 eggs!

Yogurt and cereals like Special K and Guardian became my best friends
fruit!!  i never imagined that i could eat so much FRUIT!!  i love it.
Tuna and cottage cheese.

Still sound gross, but taste ok.
