Israeli Couscous ideas

I bought a box of Isreali Couscous recently and liked the larger texture and easy cooking. (it's essentially little pellets of pasta)

I just sauteed onion and garlic in olive oil, then sauteed the dry couscous, then added boiling water and let it simmer for about ten minutes. It was fine as a side dish.

Anyone have any good ideas for this stuff, maybe as a main dish ingredient?

I will sautee some chicken in with onions and then add some marinara sauce....it is kind of like having spaghetti-- minus the spaghetti noodle part.:)

I'd love to here everyone else's ideas....
