Italian Hamburger Casserole with Organic Tri-Colored Pasta Recipe

Makes 6 servings
Very healthy. low cal, low fat, low sodium!
| 1 | pound lean ground beef |
| 3 | tbsp. garlic powder |
| 1 | tsp. chili powder |
| 10 | oz. pasta vegetable spirals |
| 1 1/2 | cups shredded cheddar cheese |
| 1/4 | cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
| 6 | oz. tomato paste |
| 13 1/4 | oz. stewed tomatoes |
| 1 | can corn |
- Heat a skillet and brown ground beef and garlic powder over medium heat.
- While browning the beef, boil water and cook the pasta.
- Drain and transfer beef into a large mixing bowl. Add pasta and all of the canned ingredients. Mix together, then pour into an oblong baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
