Recipe Ingredients for Italian Pork Loin in a crockpot
| 3 | lbs boneless pork loin |
| 1/2 | cup yellow onion (diced) |
| 2 | tbsp McCormicks Thick and Zesty Spaghetti Sauce Mix packet |
| 6 | oz tomato paste |
| 3 | tablespoons red wine vinegar |
| 1 | tbsp italian seasoning |
| 2 | tsp garlic powder |
| 1 | tsp thyme |
| 1 | tsp pepper (I use garlic pepper) |
| 1/2 | tsp salt (I use garlic sea salt) |
| 1 | tsp bay leaves (2 bay leaves) |
Recipe Directions for Italian Pork Loin in a crockpot
- Place onions in the bottom of crockpot.
- Rub pork loin with salt, pepper, Italian Seasoning, garlic powder, and Thyme.
- Place the pork loin on top of the onions in crockpot.
- Pour spaghetti sauce over the pork loin making sure to cover the roast.
- Pour the red wine vinegar in the spaghetti sauce pan and stir so the vinegar mixes with any sauce left.
- Pour the vinegar around the pork loin.
- Add the two bay leaf.
- Cook at low setting for 8-10 hours, or high for 5 to 6.
- Remove pork loin and slice and put the slices back into the sauce in the crockpot.
