I didn't add it here, but you could top this with mozzarella and parmesan cheese, and just let it melt before serving.
| 1 | onion, chopped |
| 2 | cloves garlic, minced |
| 16 | oz green beans, frozen |
| 15 | oz tomatoes, Italian-style, diced, drained |
| 1/4 | tsp. salt |
| 1/4 | tsp. black pepper |
- Spray a large nonstick skillet with PAM and place on medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until onion is crisp-tender.
- Add beans, tomatoes and seasonings; mix lightly. Cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 8 minutes or until beans are tender and mixture is heated through.
