Ingredients
112 g jennie-o ground turkey
30 g birilla jumbo shells
113 g fat free cottage cheese
123 g tomato sauce
Directions
  1. make noodles according to package

  2. brown turkey in one pan

  3. make tomato sauce in another. add itallian seasoning to it

  4. put a dash of cattage chess and meat into each shell

  5. drizzle sauce over it.

  6. back in a 350 oven for 15 min.

  7. eat.
