Think about what you want, really want with a passion in your life! What would be your best dream for yourself?
Tell yourself what you want in a positive way, actually look in the mirror and say the words. Say it over and over until you feel it.
Every day do 1 thing that will help you get closer to your dream then before you know it you will become what you dream about.
Every time you hear yourself saying something negative, STOP and replace it with something Positive... It is hard for some at first but it is so worth it...

ABSOLUTELY! speak of the devil, i just did this for the first time this morning.. felt kinda dumb at first but ive just been having these break downs bc im comign out of starvation mode and let me just say it is miserable at times! so i gave myself a pep talk and was positive and eventually it helped me stop crying. dieting is a life style change .. not only with food.. but emotionally you learn a TON about yourself. and theres NO way to get thru it if you beat yourself up over stuff bc thats how i ended up starving.
I know it will help and if you look at yourself in the mirror to say you positive goals it is hard not to SMILE!
I haven't found a way to make affirmations a habit. I write them when I am inspired and I think of them at varioius times but I am not DOING them.
How do you make the affirmations routine? Has anyone implemented them into their lives?

grrrlgone: I heard that if you do something for 30 days in a row it will become a habit for you. So what I would do is type the main one out and put it all over, I have it on my fridge, on the steering wheel of the car (In a safe place), in the bathroom so I can see it from the pot and next to my bed so it is the first thing I see in the morning and the last thing I see at night.
I also have made a page of photos that are my goals. For weight loss I took a pix off the internet of a girl with the size 7/8 body I want to have and put my head on her body that way I can program my mind to know how to make my body look.
