I've eating 3 protein bars today!!!!

Ok, so I usually don't keep anything that can tempt me with me so that I don't binge. All I have is veggies, fruits, smoothies, bread and cereal. Lately I have been obsessed with eating these delicious dark chocolate protein bars. Today I have felt like binging and since that is all I have, I have eating 3 of them! that's 600 cals right there!. I'm still sort of at my maintance cal limit so I'm not worrying to much, it is just crazy to think about eating so much of one thing at one sitting. Anyone has done something similar?

I ate 2 refried bean tacos today. ughh

I ate 5 granola bars today :/.  They are my study food and it's midterms, so I'm letting it slide.  

I ate everything in sight today. It was all cereals and granola bars too. I don't know what's wrong with me .. hah.

yes i have found myself binging of the protein bars in peanut butter flavor. also the high fiber  kozy shak pudding...let me tell you, do not binge on high fiber stuff! its a pain in the stomach!

but yes, i only keep healthy things in the house so if im in a binge mood then im bingin on healthy stuff....even almonds slimfasts and bananas.. its weird, i know.

Where's the protein? Maybe that's why you're bingeing on protein bars! lol

 

dude, I can't keep protein bars in the house because I eat them all (zone bars and balance bars in particular).  They taste like candy, and are good for you...and I love them...

its a lot of calories wasted on protein bars, but hey, better than eating 3 snickers right?

Haha, well, I said bread when I meant sandwich. I have turkey ham and cheese and milk and last weekend my boyfriend cooked a bunch of liver that I have sitting in the fridge and binge on during lunch. I think the reason why I'm binging is because I was used to have cookies and stuff everyday and now that I don't my taste buds miss it.

I used to eat two chocolate chip muffins from Tim Horton's everyday on the way to work (earlier this summer) ... this is before I realized that these two muffins alone accounted for 800 CALORIES!!! Yell

needless to say, I was shocked hahaha
