I've finally (almost magically) made it to the last 2lbs to gw...How did you do it?
I don't know because this week was terrible as far as intaking too much and not so good foods and terrible as far as output...I hardly worked out. But some how I've managed to lose 2lbs and now have 2 to go.
fyi- female 5'2" sw=119 cw=110 gw=108 (and more of a personal goal to get my abs where I want them...tighten loose skin and see muscle...not even a 6 pack but defined). My stomach is also flatter this morning too.
So what did you do to get there?
