I've just found the BEST low cal snack ever! :D
Hartley's 115g jelly pots have 9 calories in them! Practically sugar free and NO fat and with real fruit juice. SO good to cure sugar cravings!
Also found Alpen light cereal bars that have 59 cals per bar. Awesome.
hey I know!! lol. It's actually 8cals in the strawberry ones!!!!! ![]()
I'm currently on a plateau (never thought I would say that) and for one week I'm going to scrap lunch. I'll have usual breakfast and I'll eat one of those jelly every 1 or 2 hours till dinner time. I'll have normal dinner but I'll reduce the carbs. I'll also include an egg each day in my menu.
People will start a massive argument but it's only gonna be for a week!
So here's to me breaking the plateau! ![]()
