Well I think I can call it "official" now even though I have lowered my goal weight several times (and would be happy to lose 5 pounds still lol).

Anyway, I started in March of this year at 143 pounds (I am 5'2")

And here I am now at 115:

I think hubby has put on a few pounds but don't tell him that!!  :)

 Thanks everyone!

I started with the Wii Fit and jazzercise (they show it on local tv here) and then did different exercise dvd's until May.  I started running at that point and ran my first 5K in June and am now training for a half marathon in October and currently running 20-25 miles per week.

I cut my calories from something like 3,000-4,000 per day (ouch, I know) to 1500 and have pretty much stuck to that.  I'm pretty boring with food, Multi grain Cheerios for breakfast, lean meat on 35 calorie bread for lunch and chicken for dinner is typical for me.  And I LOVE those 40 calorie fudge bars. :)

Congrats! You look amazing!

The bread we eat is by Earthgrains or Healthy Life and you can find it just about anywhere.  We have bought it from Jay-C (Kroger), Walmart and Meijer.  They have lots of different kinds from Sourdough to Vegetable Fiber as well as White and Wheat.

You look really good, hon. Excellent job!!

Congratulations!

It feels great to be able to post before and after pics, doesn`t it? And don`t worry about those 5 pounds, chances are if you keep eating clean and exercising, they`ll come off eventually, albeit very slowly. That`s what happened in my case.

You look great, I'm 5'0", and weigh alot more than 140,Well I actually weigh 233 and can't wait till the comes and I can say i'm at my goal weight..........Congats to you.

Amazing! I just wanna say that you look really great!

That is great!!! You make it easier for me to picture my results:) I am currently 151 and am also 5'2". So my goal is to get to 130by my birthday in Dec. Thanks for sharing your story! It really helps to keep others focused:)
