I've Lost My Daughter!!!!Now my Son too!!! (Weight wise)
OMG!
40 lbs... That's her weight, (she's 6).
Just had to share. (Jun/06)
**********EDIT***********
I first posted this as one of my major weight loss successes and as new user.
I was talking to a dear friend today, we reminded each other of this ... So now I can include my son. (Well almost, he's 82lbs).

Congratulations!!
For a second, I was worried.. I was like "If you lost your daughter.. why are you on THESE BOARDS instead of looking for her!!"
Good job!

Congratulations! You both deserve to go shopping!!
LOL! That is so funny. When I lost my first 9 lbs, my sister and I joked and said that I had a baby! I totally understand, it gives you better prespective. So here's to your pseudo daugher and losing her!
Congrats on the weight loss! And I'm glad that you still have your daughter!
Congrats! What a cool way to look at it. A friend of mine joked that I'd lost her cat, Virgo (He's a bitty siamese, weighing in at 8lbs) so I should have gotten it, but your title scared me for a bit!
Wow that is great but I totally freaked... I was like OK where do you live... Is there an AMBER alert there... Whew!!!
I about 2 weeks ago had a an hour and a half when I COULD NOT FIND my daughter. she was not at school, on the bus, with the neighbors... I totally freaked out. I felt that same panic attack reading the title. I am glad she is safe, and you are littler. Hopefully the next time I loose mine, I will know where she is, but have lost the weight that she may represent. Check back with me in about December.....
LOL! That's really fabulous! Congrats!!!
Keep up the good work!!! You should pat yourself on the back. Don't scare the hell out of us...though. We care about your daughter as much as you do...it could be our daughter! Nice title though...it did get attention...didn't it?
wow.. that's so cool.. :) and i'm really glad you didn't really lose your daughter
oh man.... that terrified me! but congratulations on your weight loss! ..... *feeww* so glad you didnt lose your daughter!
You scared the life out of me!! So happy for you all the same. That's amazing.
I'll be more cautious of my post thread next time.
I was so excited that "all that weight was gone", and I thought of my daughters weight at 40 lbs.
Thank you all for your support and comments.

Huggs to all...

I had that revelation too. I lost my son. He's 8 years old, 56 pounds.
When I lost 56 pounds, I picked him up and tried walking around a bit.
Kind of a struggle doing that! But that's how I lumbered around for years! Funny how that foot pain went away!
