making me be at my goal weight in time to start a new year at college.

college is where i really messed up and gained the excess 40lbs to begin with, so i'm really going to try to motivate myself to not make the same mistakes again, because it has been a painful journey getting back.

do you think this is doable?

i'm really going to kick it into high gear for this last stretch

kickboxing/spin class/swimming

and just by cutting back my portions on everything to not have excess calories

I can understand the need to be twenty pounds lighter....however, Sept is just 2 mos away.  That would be a loss of more than 2lbs a week for you.  You can get pretty darn close, but try not to focus on the number.  Focus instead on becoming healthier, noticing the things that added the extra weight and correcting them.

BTW kickboxing, spin and swimming...excellent for the body, mind and soul.  Wahoo to yiu for kicking it into high gear.
