As soon as I lie down to go to sleep, I suddenly feel hungry! Before I go to bed I feel totally fine, no hunger at all, and I've had all my calories for the day.

Anyone else get this, or have any idea why it might be happening?

OMG! I have been having the same thing lately. In fact last night when I went to sleep I felt a little shaky, like my blood sugar was low. I felt so guilty, but I had to eat something. I ate 2 pieces of bologna w/ a laughing cow cheese wedge and then a spoon ful of peanut butter = 245 calories bringing my total for the day to about 1700 calories. I usually aim for 1400-1500 calories a day (even though for my height - 5'2 and weight - 120 and sedentary lifestyle, I am supposed to be only eating 1200). Actually all week, I have been eating about 1700 calories a day because I feel hungy at bedtime.  And of course, I put on 2 lbs as of this morning. This totally sucks and I feel soo guilty :(

The only reason I can think of is maybe we aren't getting enough nutrition with our normal food intake.  Although I do eat pretty healthy. How bout you?

I would like to hear other people's takes on this also.

Yeah I've been eating mostly healthy stuff for the last 2 weeks.. I'm not sure about the low blood sugar thing at all.  I don't portion out my day to like 40% protien, 25% carbs, etc or anything like that.. so it could be some kind of imbalance with that?! Ahh I have no idea.

I'm not particularly worried about it yet.. I'm not getting shakes like you are though :s It just seems really weird.
