So I've started a new excersize.
You know those Billy Banks cardio/boot camp videos? Yeah, I've started those.
I work out to them every other day (Monday, wednesday,Friday, Sunday) They are 55 minutes each, so I think that's pretty good. My current weight is 203lbs, and I'm looking to get down to 116lbs by Febuary. I eat a normal diet, but I'm just worried cardio isn't good enough
Opinions?
Has anyone tried these videos? Do they work?
YES! and they're awesome. I've always like the whole Taebo videos. I found a lot of them on YouTube :] Cardio will do it for you. 55 minutes is long enough too because it gets your heart rate up for a sustained 30 minutes (well more in this case). The boot camp videos help you work every part of your body. When I want to work out but not feel like I'm working out I do these videos! Good luck :]

How well they work will be up to you - as long as you apply yourself I'm confident you'll see results. Over the long haul you'd want to add other forms of exercise to your repertoire, but first things first; get in the habit of working out and fixing your diet, then worry about the smaller details when the big picture is in place ;)
