I've tried everything...

I'm at 11 percent BF and 150lbs currently. It's been checked by two seperate trainer's at two different gyms. I 've been trying for two years now to get my abs to really pop. I can see them when i flex, but I wanna get to the point where they are just there.

Anyways, last year I got down to 135lbs from my original 150lbs at 11 percent bodyfat. I was still at 11 percent fat at 135lbs, and I couldn't see my abs unless i flexed, which pissed me off because I ate 150-200g of protein a day to maintain muscle, yet I lost a lot of it, and not the fat that I wanted. I also lifted for an hour and ran for 30minutes four times a week and ate 1800cals a day (I measured everything meticulously with a scale). No white carbs, only right after working out, and 12 cups of water a day.

So, I focused on rebuilding muscle. I binged in the beginning cuz I got kind of depressed over all that wasted effort, but got on track after a week or so. I lifted for an hour, then did 30 minutes of running, four days a week, plus karate classes once or twice a week. I ate 2500cals and got up to 150lbs in a year. Now the good thing is that my bodyfat was 11 percent.

Well, I wanna get down to 7-8 percent, but I want to do it right this time. I feel I've done everything I've heard to get leaner...drink a lot of water, eat less, tons of protein, no simple carbs, cardio, lifting, etc. and I'm not getting the results. Any suggestions?

sorry to say, but it could be genetics

I completely agree with the previous post.  Sorry to be the bearer of bad news...but no, not everyone is able to get those 6-pack abs. It really is determined by genetics.  So stop killing yourself over it.

So should I just stay at 150lbs? or maybe a little more?...cuz I feel better at that weight.

Also, everyone in my family, my two brothers, my dad when he was young, and all my cousins have these abs...cept me. No one in my family has a gut...can it still be genetics?
