i've been tryin to loose weight for about 3 months now

but it's just not working!!! i excercise 4-5 times a week. i usually burn 400-800 cal each visit at the gym. i also stopped eating unhealthy food, but im not going to lie sometimes i do eat some goodies that i shouldnt be eating. but i do stay under 1600 cal a day. i've been doing this for about 3 months now and i just cant loose any weight!!! i loose a pound but then two days later i weight myself and im back to the same weight if not a pound heavier... what am i doing wrong?? im 5'7 136 and my goal is to loose 5-10 pounds.

You're not losing weight because you don't need to. Just enjoy the body you have.

 Yep..I'll agree with that. You really don't need to lose anything...so congratulate yourself on having the body you do.

I am in the EXACT same predicament! lose a lb gain it back, visit the gym, etc..

I'm also 5'7" and 136lbs. I have no idea what I should be doing differently, but if I figure something out I'll let you know:)  Let me know how it goes for you!

If those are your pics in the gallery, which I assume they are....say thank you to god for that stunning body and quit trying to lose weight!  Girl you aren't losing cuz you don't need to!

Ditto. In fact, not only do I not think you need to lose weight, I actually think you would be doing yourself a disservice losing anything. I think you would end up looking less spectacular than you already do.
