i think ive given up..
I seriously have been dieting and exercising since i started. im so pissed off. sorry but seriously.. i eat right. i eat within portion control. i do everything i am supossed to but last yaer when i lost 30 damn pounds i was happy now a whopping 20 pounds is back and i cant fit into any of my clothes. i eat fruits and veggies.. i never eat fast food. i drink water and only water..but im constantly gaining weight..always
and ive gotten thyroid checked and its fine. sooo i just dont know. maybe im one of those people who have to eat lkike literally 500 calories a day to lose 1/2 pound in a damn month. i dont know.

um, i cant imagine you 20 pounds lighter. you'd look gross.
if it helps, how you look right now is my goal.
its not only in my stomach... alot is in my thighs/butt. i have the picture on there as a motivation foor wanting to look better.
my arms are carrying alot more weight too .
i walk, 100+crunches, weight toning/training.. but i havnt lost any icnches or pounds.
Have you ever thought you were gaining muscle? Are you eating in your target calorie, under, or over?
Without pictures of all these other things you say you gained weight, it's hard to judge.
I would suggest changing up your routine. If you are doing the same things day in and day out your body gets use to them and you won't burn as many calories as you first did because it's easier for you to do the exercise.
I really started losing the last few lbs when I majorly upped my workout routine and the intensity that I was doing it in. hth!
How much ARE you eating? Have you used the tools on here to calculate what calories you shouldn't be eating under as well as over?
I know how you feel hun, im in the same boat im doing everything people have told me to do, eating the right cals, eating cleaner , doing wieghts but can i shift this damn weight.....i didn't worry till my weight started going up.
Im so depressed, i seriously want to quit i keep trying to tell myself that im gaining muscle but i don't belive myself ... you don't gain muscle on a deficit as fast as my wieght is going up.
My only saving grace atm is that i haven't been doing this very long ... im hoping my muscles are storing water or something like that... oh i dunno i've tried to get peoples suggestions but no-one seems to have an answer.
Why do i wiehgt 4 lb's more than i did 3 weeks ago dispite eating at a deficit, exercising and eating clean-ish??

peaches0405...yes i know how many calories i need..about 1400-1450. and i eat depending on situation and the day between 1200-1500 so i take in the right anounts of food and calories. i obsess over this.. so yes i do use the tools..

Also even though you are eating good foods make sure you are getting them in the right macro proportions. I've always had success with 40-50% carbs, 30-40% protein and 20% or less fat.
