Jalapeno Doritos!

Do they sell these regularly around you!?  Years ago when I was still in elementary school I first discovered these not long before they vanished off the shelves only to return years later for a brief time.

My fiance has been going nuts to find them and I did everything I could, even considered buying a bag on eBay circa 1997 in hopes he'd appreciate the thought.  We abandoned our search and continued on with our lives.

Until today!  In my search for some disgusting potato chips for my mother, I saw the beautiful green bag from Doritos and pushed through a few people to see if maybe, just maybe, it was what my precious Alex has longed for.

AND IT IS.  HAH!  I dug in my pocket for my last two dollars, bummed the change off my mom, and bought him a bag.  I'll present it to him tonight with a giant green bow on it.  Oh, he'll be so thrilled.

Do they always have it near you?  Or does it randomly show up every few years like it does for me?

O.O Jalapeno Doritos are one of the few junk foods that still holds meaning for me! I LOVE them. In fact, I can't get enough of them; once I start, there's no turning back. xDD

It's like the Lay's motto, "Betcha' can't eat just one." My gosh, those things are addicting.

They just recently re-introduced them. They may have changed the flavor too, who knows?

An interesting fact about Doritos: A lot of the reason they always introduce new flavors is because they have a lot of flavoring powder left over from potato chips.

Ch'yeah, they're pretty yummy.  xD  I'm not big on spicy foods unless I'm really in a spicy mood and these are just about the right spiciness for my tongue.

Hopefully they keep them around for a while.  Alex said they're a bit more mild than they used to be (admittedly, they are) but they've still got a good flavour and I want to stock up.
