1 small red bell pepper, cored, seeded, and thinly sliced
1 thinly sliced yellow onion
1 pound Portobello Mushrooms
1 tomato
2 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 t dry mustard
1 T chili powder
1 T brown sugar
1/8 t crushed red pepper flakes
