Not very well.  It's time for me to get back on track, but my life is in chaos right now.  Too many meals on the fly and too exhausted to cook.   At least I've joined the 5 veggies a day challenge on the Games forum.  I figure if I fill up on good veggies and fruit I'll not want the cheese and crackers.
Well........I fell off the wagon durring the holidays and just got back on track last month, gained back up to 202, and am back down to 196. So six pounds this month, but I am sure some of that is water from all the sodium and other bad foods I gravitated towards.

Doesn't matter, I am back on track and trying to stay focused.......again
I lost seven pounds this month.  :)
I lost 6 pounds.  I was going to start calorie counting on my own and was looking for a source of calorie info when I found CC.  This is a great site so much easier than doing it by hand.
The beginning of the month I got discouraged and gained 4 pounds.... but now I am back to where I was, and my jeans are loose again!  Yay!  I just need to stay focused and keep it up...
I only started on the 22nd, but I am down 3 lb. and feel great!

I have broken my sugar need and added in execise to my daily schedule.  For maybe the first time in my life I feel that I have really taken control of what I eat.
I lost 6 pounds and am three or four away from my goal weight!  And I went on vacation in there for a week all inclusive (mmmm unlimited food and drink...)
I pretty much just maintained.  Eh.....at least I didn't really gain.  But I did join the gym and got myself back on the wagon after the holiday splurge.  And so what if it took me a whole month, here I am now ready to start losing again :-)

I did very well.  I only keep track of my calories, so I don't have as exhaustive list of the breakdown as you! :)  But I lost 15 lbs and a few inches off my stomach and hips and thighs!
the whole stupid holiday thing got me all screwed up. And in January I was on vacation for two weeks, so I'm flat for the month. I was pretty careful during the holidays, but -in the attempt to be not completely anit-social - I did participate in the festivities... In the end, I haven't really lost anything since Thanksgiving - always gaining some, then losing again, never more than 4/5 pounds so.
Well, anyway... since losing 50 pounds between June-Nov, I hope I can get the remaining 10 pounds of too eventually.
January went pretty well for me.  I lost 6.5 pounds.  I lost a lot in the beginning and have only lost .5 pound in the last 2.5 weeks.  Go figure...here are my monthly stats

Overall Grade - A-

Fat - 26.9% (1,185 grams)
Protein - 18.1% (1,794 grams)
Carbohydrates - 54.9% (5,438 grams)

Daily Calorie Intake - 1,259 cals
Daily Sodium Intake - 2,204 mg
Daily Cholesterol Intake - 147 mg
Daily Fiber Intake - 19 grams

My sodium was a lot higher than I wanted it to be.  However, this sodium count does not take into account that I dump out the majority of the broth when I eat soup (which is pretty regularly).

Overall, I'm pretty happy with how January went.  I hope February can go just as well or better!

Hope you all had good January's and are looking forward to another month of healthy living!
I've lost 9lbs and 4.75 inches off my waist since January 8th! Yay!
I lost 8 pounds and 5 inches!

Fat 32% (feb. goal is to bring this down a bit)
Protien 21%
Carbs 47%

Average Calories 1595

Not too bad.

:( :( :( :(  i did bad , but i set up a new goal , by the end of feb to lose at least 10 lbs , you think i can do it ,?? or is that too many lbs , in one month??
My January was fantastic.  My body let go of icky Holiday bloating and I went from "obese" to "overweight"!

alyandmoonlight: depending on how much weight you need to lose, 10lbs might be aggressive, but some people have done it.  2lbs a week would be 8lbs in February.
Fat - 20.4% (910 grams)
Protein - 24.2% (2,426 grams)
Carbohydrates - 55.3% (5,535 grams)
Alcohol - 0.0% (2 grams)
Other - 0.0%

Daily Calorie Intake - 1,781 cals
Daily Sodium Intake - 3,107 mg
Daily Cholesterol Intake - 249 mg
Daily Fiber Intake - 28 grams

Started Jan 8   Lost 10 Lbs

Goal for Feb is another 10 pounds.  1500 minutes in the gym.
Christmas and new years was tough, I maintained during that time but it took a week or so to really get things going again.  I did lose 6 pounds but most of that was in the last 2-3 weeks of January.
lost ~10 pounds! whoo...but not really any sizes, my clothes def. fit better though..so i guess thats good...

i say approx 10 pounds because i know my starting weight was somehere between 192 and 195 pounds..just not quite sure exactly haha

I log everything on my PDA program so don't have the breakdown.  12 lbs lost though and 4-5 inches if I recall from last measurement.  Been working on it since Nov. and down 45.  Don't really use this sight much except for reading posts.
i started 1/1, and i've lost 19 pounds! at least some of that was water weight, though.
