Jell-O Mousse Temptations

Quote  |  Reply

Well - phooey!  I went grocery shopping this morning and got all excited because I found Jell-O Mousse Temptations and thought they'd make a decent dessert, since they're only 60 cals.

But when I entered the info here, it got rated D, because of the amount of sat fat in it.

Bummer.

On the plus side, it's great that CC has that rating tool otherwise I wouldn't have looked past the 60 cals.

But, I have to finish this batch, can't just throw it away, can I ?  LOL!

They sure are delicious, by the way Laughing

I always keep some Jell-O or Hunt's sugar-free pudding cups in the fridge, Jayne.  I'm not really concerned about the fat.  I just try to stay below 30% total fat calories per day.  It's what ends up in my analysis report at the end of the day that I look at.  If I had to be concerned with what each individual food contained, I'd never be able to stick to my diet.  As long as the total percentages of fat, protein, carbs, etc., etc., are within the recommended guidelines, I'm happy.  But, that's just me.  Laughing

Jayne- I discovered these the other day too! Love them.

I get the 35 calorie, single serve, Instant Pudding and Pie Filling Chocolate Puddings which has B- rating. Add that to cottage cheese, yogurt, PB and mix for good stuff.Smile
