Recipe Ingredients for Jellyfish salad

5 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
1 serving soy sauce reduced salt amoy
2 clove Garlic
6 grams SPLENDA No Calorie
1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil
15 grams peanut butter skimpy super chunk
5 serving jellyfish
1 tbsp Vinegar, Cider
1 spring onion
1 tbsp Vinegar, Rice

Recipe Directions for Jellyfish salad

  1. rinse jellyfish well to wash away salt and preservatives.

  2. place in a bowl to marinate in: 1/2 of the crushed ginger, spring onion, and rice vinegar, pour some warm water and cover for 10 minutes.

  3. make sure the water isn't too hot or cold.

  4. mix the dressing ingredients together: the rest of the ginger finely chopped, soysauce, garlic, splenda, seasame oil, peanut butter, and apple cider vinegar.

  5. discard the marinade seasoning and lightly toss the jellyfish in the dressing.

  6. you may serve it with: rice noodles, mushrooms, and pickled vegetables but be sure to mix them in the dressing as well.
