Hey everyone, I've recently joined Jenny Craig, and I've lost 12.4 lbs (no exercise)

I'm proud of myself, however, I know that I need to exercise more, and I just can't seem to get motivated. and I'm VERY tempted to cheat on this diet. I keep telling myself that I just have to "ride it out" until I reach the halfway point and I can start supplementing the program meals with my own food.

Is anyone else on Jenny Craig? and if so, let me know how you're doing! Support and Good conversation is always welcome!

I joined Jenny four weeks ago and have lost 10 pounds; and I do not exercise either. I sit at a desk for 10 hours, and commute 100 minutes each day. And because I get up at 4:15 AM, I'm tired as hell when I get home. It's enough work "volumizing" my dinner let alone exercising. All my friends tell me, "Imagine how much weight you'd lose if you exercised."

Thanks... I wasn't aware of that.

Anyway, it seems to be a tough road. And I'm on it. I would love the support.

man do I HEAR YOU! ^_^ I don't commute at all, I work from home, I'm on my laptop at 7am, I'm off at around 4pm...but here's the kicker, I have 3 kids under the age of 5 that I have to take care of all day long, simultaneously! I just don't have the ENERGY to look at my treadmill and say "yeah...I'll hop on that RIGHT after dinner"

no way!

You've got support here girl!

Hey guys, I go to Jenny Craig too, totally loving it, but I'm doing almost no exercise. I work 7 hour shifts in Nursing and finish at 11 and just don't have the energy, I haven't followed it completely to be honest, (sneaking in more bread)  but for the most part I have, I lost 2 kilos, (4.4 pounds) in my first week, and am looking at hiring a personal trainer for once a week at my gym!

i just signed up for jenny craig again. i did it about four years ago and lost around 32 pounds with out exercise, and then went to a personal trainer and lost about 76. if you dont exercise it works, but not as well. my motto is, any little bit helps. i dont think that you need to work out for several hours a night or what not, but walking after dinner is always a nice way to end the day, and that little but can make all the difference. congrats to you all for what you have lost. all i can say is stick with it. i sure as hell wish i had the first time, but it does get old after a while. good luck
