I just finished the jllian michales 30 day shred level one dvd. I was not sure how to enter the activity. I used calisthenics( heavy) does that sound right? It came up with 145 calories burned. I am  5'2'' and i weight 119 and I am 27 ( female)

I log 20 minutes heavy calisthenics and 10 minutes of weights.

I log 20 minutes circut training (for me it burns approx 160 cals)

How do you like the DVD? I actually just ordered it on Monday and I am excited to start doing it.

Holy crap I did level 2 last night after I ran two miles.  It kicked my butt!  I was sweating like a piggy.  I typed in aerobics and used high intensity for a half hour.  I picked that because of the sweat factor and my heart rate.  It was up there as if I was running.
