Has anyone used it yet? I am on my 3rd time of using it and love it. It does get your heart beat going fast.

This is by far my favorite workout DVD...I honestly don't usually use DVDs, I go to the gym everyday, but I heard so many good things about this workout, I had to have it!

The workouts kick my butt!  They really work, even for intermediate to advanced exercisers.  I've been using this DVD in addition to my regular gym visits, so hopefully I start seeing some results soon :)

My fiance just got this for me and it should arrive probably on wed. and I should be able to do it by Thurs. I'm a little intimidated to try it, but also very excited. I do some of The Biggest Loser workouts most days if not all my work out days (don't have money for a gym membership) they were semi difficult at first, but now I get through them like a breeze (still sweating my a** off though. :P) Hopefully Jillian's tape gives out the same effect.

i just ordered this DVD off amazon.com based on its reviews. Do you know if its okay to do just on the weekends or is it only effective if done every day? I'm looking to do something different on the weekends, since my normal routine during the week is running.

Jenny, I'm sure it's fine to use on just the weekends to switchup your routine....but Jillian Michaels designed the program to work when used 30 days consecutively.  Do whatever you feel like...I hope you like it!

Oooo, I really want to start toning up! I have an elliptical, but I'm looking for some exercise routines that will help strengthen my muscles. Do you think this would do the trick?

jblarghp, do it!  Jillian Michaels designed a 3-2-1 exercise routine to tone or get you shredded (hence 30 day shred) using the right amounts of strength, cardio, and abs.  I've been using it in addition to my cardio workouts at the gym.  Hope that helps...but it should do the trick ;)

I went to look for it at Target today, but it was all sold out! I guess that's a good sign. I'm probably going to just order it off the internet, but I was hoping to start today :(

Ok, all of you have me very interested in buying this , but I am really curious if anyone using it lose the 20lbs in 30 days? Or at least 10 lbs?

Most of what I have read is that there was a difference in body shape which is awesome, but what about the actual stats... anyone?

I can't say about the weight loss either, But the body shape changes are amazing.  I didn't start the workout until after I had gotten to my goal weight.  But this work out rocks.. I do level 3 every day and now am combinng level 2 and 1 in everyother day as an extra little burn.

I also can't say about weight loss numbers.  I'm mostly trying to maintain but get a better shape but maybe I lost just a couple of pounds.  I also have no idea of what the eating plan is.  Does anyone know?

There's one point in level 3 where Jillian says that you should be starting to get a six-pack by now, and I definitely don't have that!  I find it's been better for the waist-line than the tummy.

I got the DVD, and I've done it a few times.

So far I like it, I'm pretty out of shape, so it doesn't take much to challenge me...

I'm planning on doing it about 5 times a week, mixing in my regular cardio. I figure once I work up to level 3, I'll do it for a month straight. Then I'll start mixing in some other work out DVDs (keeping the 30 day shred in rotation if I like it.)

I'm hoping to see some results!

oh man you guys weren't kidding when you said that you feel this! i got this DVD delivered on Saturday (2 days ago), i did level 1 Sat and Sun and boy are my muscles ACHING!! i originally got this for the weekends to do something different than my regular runs but i'm kinda curious to see now how it would be if i did it consecutively for 30 days. I'm gonna try to fit in a workout after i get home from work if i'm not too tired.

Anyway i was planning on doing level 1 till Saturday, then increase to level 2, then a week later, level 3... but is this right? not sure at what points you're supposed to change levels.

Thanks!

I think that you just change levels when you're comfortable.  Trust me, you won't be able to complete the level until your body is ready.  Good luck!  It really does build up strength and endurance.  I now do level 3 everyday.  I totally could not have done it at the beginning.
