HI There,
I have tried it all, Weight watchers online, South Beach online... etc...
But I happened to see a link that brought me to Jillian Michaels own website to support and help with a program for weight loss, exercise etc.
Just wondering if anyone has used this? I LOVE the Biggest Loser and think a lot of the success is due to the trainers...
Any feedback would be helpful and I won't hold you too it![]()
I am just wondering if it is any different than the others... The cost is about 20 bucks and then 4 per week.... That is a little steep but again if it is going to help me or I could gain knowledge I would be interested...
Thanks for your help!!!!!

Robin

Hi Robin! I used it with a lot of sucess. I really wish I could afford to do it again. I think it would help with this last little bit I have left. I don't know about the other stuff but on her site she gives you workouts, menus (which you can change if you don't like what you get for that day), and a support community. I lost a majority of my weight when I was on this program. The workouts can be tough but it does get results. You usually have 2 days of rest one or two days of cardio and 3-4 days of strength training. The recipes are actually pretty good. My step-son actually loves one of them and I had to put it in my normal reputar of food. I hope this helps your decision. I know it's different for everyone but it definetly worked well for me.
Thank you so much for your reply,
I appreciate hearing from "real people" as I am a sucker for infomercials and ads....
How long did you follow it and would you say it was routine to follow or really hard to stick with?
Thanks again,
Robin

Your welcome...I did it for three months. I have to say at first it was tough...as anything is because of making something a routine. But once you get started it's easy to keep up with. Even with my stepson here it didn't get in my way to use it. Plus pretty much everything I made him and my husband both loved as far as the food went. I had a bit of trouble at the end only because of my wedding. I was so busy dealing with that that the website took the back burner. I still used it but not as much as I did for the first couple of months. I really can't help but praise this website. I really did lose about 20lbs on it and I have keeped it off. I am having trouble with my last little bit and have been exploring different things to try and get it off but please ask any other questions you have.
