Jillian Micheals 30 Day Shred.. Tried it?

I bought Jillian micheals 30 day shred monday and started on tuesday. My muscles have been so sore since ive started which seems good! Has anyone tried this workout and if so have you seen results? Let me know, thanks!

Yes I have and it worked pretty well because my waist and legs were thinner.  So I fit better into my jeans. Yay!Laughing

I brought it.. havent done it yet though.. I did research by googling "30 day shred results"  ive seen some pretty positive reviews about it

Tried it, love it! I'm really upset that I lost the DVD when I moved recently and I keep hoping to find it or I'm going to have to buy a new one.

Its amazing for muscle toning. Only problem is I can never do it every day. After two days my muscles are so sore I have to take at least one day off.

after 30 days not only was I on level 3. My body was significantly more toned and I felt strong and energetic.

You will definately see results if you do it everyday a long with a healthy diet!

I think I'm going to try it tomorrow - they have the first 2 levels On Demand which I think is pretty cool.

I don't know if I could do it.  She really irritates me on the commercial.  I hope she doesn't overact as bad on the actual videos.

its REALLY hard, i think, i never got past level 2 but i got so tired of it, same thing everyday, i grew to dislike it. the aspect i liked was that i combined weights and cardio, so that was good.

i need something new tho, anyone have any suggestions?

Yes, I love this workout! Her workouts make me sweat my butt off! The first time I tried it I could barely walk for a couple of days. I have not been as commited as I should be but I still do the workout every once in a while.

I have 5 days in...my shoulders and chest are still killing me! Might have something to do with the 8lb weights I'm using. I definitely need something lighter!

eta- but I'm still eating like crap! Darn that Halloween candy!

I run 15-20 mpw, do The Biggest Loser Cardio Max and jazzercise dvd's and nothing kicked my butt like level 1 of this!  Wow, I am going to be SORE tomorrow!!

I think I'm going to watch level 2 to see what it's like!!

I have tried the 30 day shred and it does kick your butt. I also have the no more trouble zones and I like that one a lot better, still kicks your butt but it is the tinest bit easier.

I've done all 3 levels but not for 30 days straight, I use it the days I don't go to my exercise class. I really like it! It's a great work-out when you are short on time. First time I ever did level 1 I was sore but I don't get sore at all now

Hehehehe, I did this after my first day of level one. I couldn't imagine what it would be like if one was so hard. It was a great work out and I sweated like a pig, but it was a butt kicker. LOL Level too was crazy. I only did level 1 once..I plan to go back to it, I need to drop 30 lbs...so I think I'll take my time and focus on every level 

I'm about 15 (not consecutive) days in.  Currently working on Level 2.  It's hard!  Level 1 was challenging but I could do everything.  Even though I've done Level 2 5 times, I still have to do the modified version of a number of things.  I don't expect I'll be moving to Level 3 anytime soon.

have you tried her DVD "no more trouble zones"? omg that one really kicks your butt!

no Ive never heard about it! any good? Id likre more of a variety. I found I got bored doing the exact same thing everyday.

Omg that's totally how I felt. Like it got boring after awhile.

I'm not bored yet thank goodness! I have a really hard time sticking with stuff, so I'm glad Im still into the Shred. Mind you, it's only been 8 days...
