Jogging can be fun

I always try to bring my MP3 player. And it helps me keep going. I started jogging recently and I'm starting to feel better. Today is my 4day in a row. I jog 5 days a week 2 miles every time.

Damn, you go! I've never jogged in my life. Except maybe to catch the bus. Course, then, it wasn't really jogging, it was more like running for my life lol I'm so out of shape it's not even funny. =/ Good job on the 2 miles per day thing! Keep it up, you're awesome!

Well im still out of shape. I have to force myself to keep going :/ . I hope that will change soon.

I'm trying to lose 25 pounds before next May. I'm 135 right now.
wow i wish i was in ur shoes..really! i had an acident rescently and i had to stop- running and go to physical therapy. I love to run and would run everyday of the week if i could. congrads
My mobility is like nil but when I used to powerwalk, I remember how the right music would just get me fired up to good pace.  Showing my age but upbeat Stevie Wonder, Janet Jackson and 80s music with fast beats would help me block out feelings of tiredness and pump me up.

I never was able to jog but you are on a great path to creating a healthy habit.  Your not only going to lose weight but you are going to be SO toned and firm - good for you !!!
Well its still hard....and im working on week 2. But I feel a lot better. I just cant wait to see results. 

I loved jogging, it made me feel so much better about myself but like someone else mentioned above--I hurt myself too and I cannot jog w/o much pain. If there was a magic pill that would make me run, pain free, I would so take it and jog off into the sunset. haha.

 Anyway, good for you for jogging--it is a great workout and gets addicting!
