I was wondering, since basically I have sat around all day, just reading and going on the computer (no exercise yet), if jogging in place is actually a workout? My friend does it sometimes, and i always considered it kind of stupid, but now I want to give it a try. How exactly does one, jog in place?

id recamend actual jogging for a bit more of an excersice but if you dont have that option this beats doing nothing by far. make sure you have a little bit of a clear area so that you dont hurt yourself on anything. then basicaly jog how you would in real life but keep in mind your knees. when people jog in place they typicaly dont bring those knees up like they would covering actual ground. so make sure your knees are coming up. thats pretty much all there is to it :)
