I just joined and just lost my first weight-2.5 lbs.!!!!
I just joined this website after reading about it in Woman's Health magazine that I got for Christmas. I joined a weight loss program at my local YMCA and I just weighed in and I lost 2.5 lbs. I AM SO EXCITED!!!!
I haven't even read all there is on this website, I've just been adding in my food I've been eating and my activity this week.
I can't really scream it out at the top of my lungs, so I just need to let someone (other than my awesome husband know).

I joined Dec 31st and have gone from 160 to 149. I have been very consistent with my food and exersise. I look and feel SO much better, it is amazing to see the transformation.
Stay the course, your weight will fluctuate as your body tries to hold on to its "fat stores". However, each time you lose a couple pounds and keep it off, you will be starting from a new set point. Watch the graph, it is very informative.
You cannot fail, there will be minor glitches, but stay true.
You sound very motivated and happy with your life. That's a plus.
