My joints have been hurting lately. Like my elbows, right wrist, knees, and shoulders.....Has this ever happened to anyone and for what reason?
It could be anything, really. You could have muscle strain, for example. You could have been driving too much, over-exercising or sitting/sleeping in an awkward position. If you're overweight, that can put strain on joints. It may even be a reaction to colder, damper weather. I'm sure it's just a coincidence but the only time I've ever had bad joint pain (in my fingers) was the 3 months or so I decided to try a low-carb diet. My parents (both in their seventies) take daily glucosamine tablets and cod-liver oil capsules to keep their joints supple.
If it carries on and you're worried then do see your doctor.
Well I have been cold lately, But Im definitely not over excercising, or overweight, I eat carbs.....But I don't eat a lot of fats can t this be why also?
Fats certainly oil the wheels, body-wise. Maybe add a tablespoon of olive oil or similar to your day? Worked for the Tin-Man in the Wizard of Oz... ![]()
Thank You!
Iam so sad. I hope this isn't serious because Iam in Pain and I always hear these cracks. Because if this is arthritis that is horible....That means I definitely cannot be a fighter oh God, Please tell me it isn't arthritis I have to have my dream that Ive been waiting for since age 3!!!!!Z! =(((((((
If anyone knows anything about Joint pain and cracks please tell me.
Joints tend to click when the connecting tissue is very relaxed... If you're worried and you're in serious pain then don't sit there feeling anxious. Go to see your doctor and ask their advice. Best of luck
