I love their fruit smoothies and saw that they had protein ones. Would getting protein ones be better than just regular? The protein ones have less fruit servings.

It would probably keep you fuller for longer. I would just make sure that there isn't a huge difference in the sugar content.

They don't have the sugar content listed... which is weird.

The carbohydrate content IS the sugar content. Carbohydrates only come from starches and sugars and for a fruit smoothie, most, if not all, of the carbohydrate is going to be in the form of sugar.

Maybe if you use them as a meal replacement.

The main problem with Jugo Juice (and Booster Juice and all those places) isn't the smoothies themselves.  It's the portions.  Which are insanely ridiculously huge.  So, if you've got someone (or even some-two) to split it with, it can be a good choice.  I've had half a protein smoothie for breakfast before and it was great - yummy and kept me full - but a whole one is too much for most people.  (I was traveling and had limited options.)

That totally depends on whether you need to get more protein or more fruit in your diet.
