This is a tangy, sweet, and delicious 3 bean salad! This entire salad takes ~ 5 minutes to make, and you can make it into an entree by adding some chicken and rice! Bon appetit

Recipe Ingredients for Julie's Lime and Cumin Bean Salad

1 can corn
1 cup (can) black beans
1 cup (can)chickpeas
114 g lime juice (3 limes)
2 T extra virgin olive oil
4 T cumin

Recipe Directions for Julie's Lime and Cumin Bean Salad

  1. Strain and rinse all canned goods until water runs clear

  2. Put in serving bowl

  3. Add olive oil

  4. Add cumin

  5. Mix thoroughly

  6. If stored in an airtight container, this will keep for ~a week or more
