Low cal, high taste, seafood salad. Can be made with either shrimp or crab, or a combo of the two
| 4 | oz crab, or shrimp, cut into bite size chunks |
| 1/4 | cup cucumber, chopped |
| 1/2 | red pepper, chopped |
| 1/4 | cup celery, chopped |
| 2 | tbsp french dressing |
| 1 | tbs lemon juice |
| 1 | tsp mustard |
Mix all ingredients and chill for 1 hour. Serve on bread for a sandwich, or on lettuce as a salad.
