July Challenge?
Anybody up for a July Challenge? I would like to lose 7-10 lbs this month. Weigh in will start on Wednesday. We have a five week month as well!!!

July 8th 172.6 (+1) I don't even want to talk about it! ![]()
July 15th 170.2 (-2.4) Yah! Almost breaking into the 160's! Doubtful I am going to lose the 7-10lbs but I am okay with finally losing! Yes! My co-worker just told me my butt was getting smaller...a little weird, but good I suppose...not sure how to take that one:)
July 22nd 170.4 Okay with that because it is girl time. I finally was under 170 over the weekend...looking forward to it staying under! I am going out of town this weekend. Next Wednesday is going to be a killer!
July 29th
Just put weights, no need to put goal weights, heights etc unless you want to. I looking forward to shedding a couple more el bees this month! I have a huge girls trip planned for August and would love to look super hot!![]()
EDIT: 7/7 I did horrible last week and this morning when I weighed myself I was two pounds heavier than last week! I am going to hit it hard tonight and get in a last chance workout and see if I can't shed at least one of those two pounds! Stinking holidays!
I'm in! 7-10 lbs sounds good! I'm aiming to lose another 15 so this will definitely put me close! Today I'm at 140, we'll see about tomorrow!

7/1 edit - I might have gained 2 lbs but my jeans fit great today! I haven't worn these without a poofy shirt for 2 months! Now I don't need too! WOO HOO! It's TTOM so I'm not concerned at all about those 2 lbs! I hope everyone does great this coming week! HAPPY BIRTHDAY ROZIE!!!
7/8 edit - Down 3 lbs! WOO HOO! This weekend is my baby's 3rd birthday party so we'll see how that goes... eeeek!
7/15 edit - Another lb down. At least I think it's a lb. My scale at home stayed the same, and my scale at work had me 2 lbs down. I'll just decided to stay in the middle. lol
7/22 edit - It's about time I got under 140! All last week I was sitting at 140 on the dot first thing in the morning. A little less by the end of the day. But this morning I was at 137. Finally. 5 lbs down since the beginning of July and 13 lbs down total! WOO HOO!
7/29 edit - So the last weigh in for this challenge and I ended losing a whole 1 lb. That's not at all what I was aiming for. Hmmm. Maybe it TTOM? I don't know. I was at 136 since Fri, and now 3 lbs up. Oh well. At least I lost a 1 lb!

I'm in!! 10 pounds sounds like a reasonable goal for me too (and then another 10-15 in Aug/Sept...). Hopefully posting here will give me some motivation!

July 1st: yea i'm not very happy this morning either, up from yesterday, at 123.2.. water weight or whatever it is - it has got to go
July 8th: the 4th of july weekend set me back a little but i'm at 122.8 this morning.
July 15th: i've literally been stuck at 122.2 alllll week. grrrr

Yeah! Welcome ladies! I just went out and bought myself a brand new scale with all the bells and whistles! I am so excited to try it out first thing tomorrow morning. Lets make this month count. I am currently doing the 30 day shred, I am on level 3 right now. I also try and mix up an hour of elliptical or swimming laps into that as well. Lets go!
I'm in! I'm nearing my goal weight so things are going pretty slowly... Just 5kg (11lb) to go from my goal... And I need to keep myself accountable, so I think a July challenge is just what I need...
