July Challenge?
Anybody up for a July Challenge? I would like to lose 7-10 lbs this month. Weigh in will start on Wednesday. We have a five week month as well!!!

July 15th 170.2 (-2.4) Yah! Almost breaking into the 160's! Doubtful I am going to lose the 7-10lbs but I am okay with finally losing! Yes! My co-worker just told me my butt was getting smaller...a little weird, but good I suppose...not sure how to take that one:)
July 22nd 170.4 Okay with that because it is girl time. I finally was under 170 over the weekend...looking forward to it staying under! I am going out of town this weekend. Next Wednesday is going to be a killer!

Just put weights, no need to put goal weights, heights etc unless you want to. I looking forward to shedding a couple more el bees this month! I have a huge girls trip planned for August and would love to look super hot!![]()
EDIT: 7/7 I did horrible last week and this morning when I weighed myself I was two pounds heavier than last week! I am going to hit it hard tonight and get in a last chance workout and see if I can't shed at least one of those two pounds! Stinking holidays!
I'm in. Have been at a bit of a plataeu and due to being a bit sick and coping with new found "runner's knee", have had a couple of weeks off from working out. Went today and got on one of those Expresso bikes which is so cool and has a monitor where you can bike on a trail with scenery. Good for the knees and was so much fun. Anyhow, here we go. By the end of the month I would like to end up between 125 and 127. Really want to get more toned. 23 years, 5'6", getting married in 3 months and want to look smoking for my hubby!

7/15 - not as good this week but it is a bad week for me (you know womanly things
). Will work at it harder next week.
7/22 - no excuses just ate too much this week. My son's 16th b-day he wanted hot brownies with ice cream & fudge - oh do you know how many calories that is
. Gonna work harder this week.
7/29 - Well I didn't quite reach my goal of 150 before the end of July but I am still working hard and I am closer than I was when I started!

Thanks for the birthday wishes! I live in Indiana and it is like 65 today and rainy! I can't remember every having such a crappy day for my bday! I did work out today! Looking forward to cocktails and dinner with my honey.

July 8 - 144.4 up 1 lb - yuck
July 15 - 144. (yesterday I was 143) so I would love to go with that but I will register today's weight.
July 22 - 145 (defientely going the wrong way for the month.

EDIT: 7/8 - I was really hoping to lose two pounds, but this past week was pretty stressful and emotional so I know that I didn't try as hard as I should have. I'm going to work twice as hard this week but only to make sure I don't gain. It's my birthday week and I know how easy it would be to reverse lots of the work I have done. However, still hoping for 169 point anything next week! Haha.
EDIT: 7/15 - YES! That's what I said after I stepped on the scale this morning. Under 170 in the first time since high school at least! I think eating a little extra on my birthday helped somehow? I really don't know but I am super excited. It looks like my goal is actually possible this month. Yay!
EDIT: 7/29 - I am actually surprised I didn't gain anything. My family LOVES food (and obviously so do I) so it was so tempting to eat all the delicious foods everyone made. My family (myself included) eats when they are upset and one year anniversaries are always hard so I am going to look at my weight staying the same as a victory.
This is just what I am looking for! I am trying to lose 10lbs before I go to Texas to see my DH for the first time in 2 months....

July 8th -173 only lost one pound this week hopefully next week will be better!
July 15th- 172 again one pound lost which is good I feel like I have hit a plateau. I am a little discouraged. only 3 of the 10 lbs I need to lose!![]()

I didn't lose any weight when I was doing yoga and aerobics the past few weeks but I've actually lost 2lbs after falling sick, not doing any exercises at all, and also eat a lot more than I should. Weird. I definitely hope that when I start exercising this week, it will be different results :)
