Anybody up for a July Challenge?  I would like to lose 7-10 lbs this month.  Weigh in will start on Wednesday.  We have a five week month as well!!!

Please enter the following:

July 1st (my birthday!!!)  171.6

July 8th 172.6 (+1) I don't even want to talk about it!  Cry

July 15th 170.2 (-2.4) Yah!  Almost breaking into the 160's!  Doubtful I am going to lose the 7-10lbs but I am okay with finally losing!  Yes!  My co-worker just told me my butt was getting smaller...a little weird, but good I suppose...not sure how to take that one:)

July 22nd  170.4 Okay with that because it is girl time.  I finally was under 170 over the weekend...looking forward to it staying under!  I am going out of town this weekend.  Next Wednesday is going to be a killer!

July 29th

Just put weights, no need to put goal weights, heights etc unless you want to.  I looking forward to shedding a couple more el bees this month! I have a huge girls trip planned for August and would love to look super hot!Wink

EDIT: 7/7 I did horrible last week and this morning when I weighed myself I was two pounds heavier than last week!  I am going to hit it hard tonight and get in a last chance workout and see if I can't shed at least one of those two pounds!  Stinking holidays!

Can I join a little late?  I just joined this website last week so I can put down my starting weight as I finished my first week this week.  I have a LONG way to go, but a little challenge couldn't hurt I'm sure and hopefully will help keep me on track!

July 1st - 154

July 8th - 152 (I just want to break below 150 by the end of this month!)

Jul 8 - 144.4 up 1 lb (yuck, yuck, yuck)

Hopefully the 15th will see the weight go the other way.

Edit: Nearly back where I started!  Not much progress but at least I'm going in the right direction now :)

Edit: 07/29 Gained two pounds, not very impressive, could have done better :/

Hey All,

I also m joing late. I also need this to VENT!!! I am going to N.Y. on Aug 4th and wanted to be at least 125 b 4 going. I don't see that happening!! I am 41 (justed turned 41 on July 4th). I started this "diet" on July 1st. I guess looking at this post was a BLESSING!! I am 4'10 and my weight is SUPPOSED to be at 99. This is the FIRST TIME in my life I have ever struggled with weight,

July 1st 146

July 8th  137

July 15th 135

July 22nd 133

I hope it's okay to start late for me also.  I just joined, and am looking forward to encouragement and accountability from others.  This challenge should help me to stay focused.  I have been keeping track of my weight since I returned from vacation on the 1st.

July 1st  244.7

July 8th   242.5

July 15th  236.9

July 22nd

July 29th

I usually weigh in Kilos, and was feeling pretty discouraged.  Looking at the weight loss in pounds looks a lot better!

Just thought I'd give this thread a bump so we can all remember that tomorrow is our weekly weigh in day!

Somehow I'm hoping that I can get through today without eating any meals out -- they are my downfall!
