Heys guys!
So, I was an active calorie-count user and member.. but then, I just gave up and that resulted in me gaining 15 pounds! BLECH! THat's 16 MORE to lose make it 41 pounds that's gotta go. Oh boy. I plan to do this before the year ends. I'm definately not gonna start 2009 looking the way i am now.

But I'm taking baby steps and I go through this in 8-week time periods. After every eight weeks, I get to buy an outfit I would NEVER even THINK of buying :) .. I mean yeah I'm gonna shop in between but after the eight weeks, I plan to buy something eye catching and mind blowing !

I also plan to lose around 12 pounds every eight weeks. That's 1.5 pounds a week. It may sound simple but I'm not gonna try to slip through, I'm gonnna work my butt off for these eight weeks and maybe, just maybe, exceed my goal by a few pounds. BUT - less than 12 is not gonna cut it.

Okay, I'm not gonna post my weight until tomorrow which will be the beginning of WEEK 1.

&&YES! There are goals for every week for motivation. Winners will receive a sticker made by yours truly :)

you're gonna try to lose 3 pounds in just one week??  just make sure you're careful....  Hell.... I wanna lose 3 pounds in one week!  what's the plan ;)   I'm in! lol

So this was my first week doing CC and I totally loved it.  I have felt so much better.  Over the past week I realized how badly I had been eating before.  I would like to think my ways have been eternally changed! Tongue out We'll see how that goes!

So I heard that the first couple of weeks you could see faster weight loss but it will quickly even out.  But hey I'll enjoy it while I can!  Good luck everybody!

I'm pretty happy with my 1 pound loss this week.  Hope I can keep up doing CC since I'll be on vacation next week and without a computer...I'll miss weighing-in next Monday, but I'll post when I get back!!

Sept 1 Goal---145

I'm definitely losing hope...need major motivation and moral support to keep going.  I have been 119 since 1st week of June.  Have been walking at least 30 mins and eating 1200-1500 cals.  And today, I'm completely devastated to see the scale..120.5!

They have said not to rely on the scale, instead feel your clothes, how they fit...but I have not noticed anything different.  There's this khaki jeans that fit me last year, now I can't zip it up even though I'm tucking my belly already. HELP!

GW: 125-130 lbs

I weighed myself on the 4th and weighed 150 lbs and I will weigh myself tomorrow and let you all know. Please let me know if I am too late to join this group. Thank you so much.

ok guys! it's a little confusing updating weight like this (edit=ting posts etc.). I think it would be better if we just conversed bout how our weeks went including how much weight was lost[gained]. So how about we do that? Let's NOT make this a challenge but a JOURNEY!

 

Stickers will still be given tho :)

And weekly fitness or nutrition goals too! But the updating will eventually become confusing because the numbers of pages will increase and this will make you have to go around the world and back JUST to update your weight.

I'm jealous of bettyboop71 :(. GREAT GOING, THOUGH! =]

so my week was crazy, messed up my car, no transportation to the gym.  booo hooo.  i ate terrible this weekend, but i'm ok with that because it was the first time i've seen all of my best friends in 7 months.  over the next week and a half i have three 21st birthdays but i will not let this sway me. gym everyday (well... except for thursday because otherwise i will miss the party bus, but minimal drinking and maximum dancing!).  i'm hoping it will stimulate a quick loss at first because i've been a little off for the past two weeks - it will keep my body guessing?!  we'll say that at least.

i go back to school in six weeks.  it would be wonderful if i could lose 10 pounds... but we'll see.

Good luck kla5019. You should have lots of fun and burning a lot of calories with all that dancing. That is a great way to lose weight. If you keep up the hard work you will lose that 10 lbs.

I have gained 3 lbs in the last couple days but I think that is because I am getting close to the monthly visitor. OR at least that is what I am hoping  Undecided.

I plan on getting a lot of cardio in this week and some strength training before this weekend when I will be in Vegas. Never been there before and I am a little scared and excited.

I keep having these setbacks over the weekends. Over the entire month of July I've maintained my weight by losing over the week and gaining over the weekend. I hope that I will be able to lose a little more over the next month before I go back to college. (exactly one month from todaY!!!!)

I just spent the weekend with my parents, who I learned every unhealthy eating habit that I have from.  Needless to say there were no healthy choices and tons of eating out so i guess gaining 1 pound isn't that bad.  Time to get into the swing of things again!

More than indulged during one week vacation BUT I ran a TON. I ran my first 10k, 9k the next day, and two days later another 10k!!!!!! I never knew I could accomplish that. Highest I ever ran was 6k and definitely not that often..... GET OUTSIDE YOUR COMFORT LEVEL!!!!!
