Heys guys!
So, I was an active calorie-count user and member.. but then, I just gave up and that resulted in me gaining 15 pounds! BLECH! THat's 16 MORE to lose make it 41 pounds that's gotta go. Oh boy. I plan to do this before the year ends. I'm definately not gonna start 2009 looking the way i am now.

But I'm taking baby steps and I go through this in 8-week time periods. After every eight weeks, I get to buy an outfit I would NEVER even THINK of buying :) .. I mean yeah I'm gonna shop in between but after the eight weeks, I plan to buy something eye catching and mind blowing !

I also plan to lose around 12 pounds every eight weeks. That's 1.5 pounds a week. It may sound simple but I'm not gonna try to slip through, I'm gonnna work my butt off for these eight weeks and maybe, just maybe, exceed my goal by a few pounds. BUT - less than 12 is not gonna cut it.

Okay, I'm not gonna post my weight until tomorrow which will be the beginning of WEEK 1.

&&YES! There are goals for every week for motivation. Winners will receive a sticker made by yours truly :)

So...after my vacation, I weighed in and I'm back to where I started 3 weeks ago!!!  ARGH!  I'm back into exercising and eating right this week and hoping to see a loss next time!

I have been traveling on the weekends and have totally blown everything ... I have got to get back into the swing of things!

Total weight loss:    6 lbs.

The weight is not coming off as fast as I had hoped. I am struggling to control my eating habits. STRESS! Aiming for a 2 pound loss for next week.

haha almost.  My ultimate goal weight would be 115.  Anything under 115 would be too thin I think for me.

...ok FINE!!! since we're telling the 'truth'  I'm 4'11 and 3/4

me too.... I like how I look at 115-20ish  (anything lower than that... I look strange) probably because my boobs by themselves are like 50lbs!

after having MY daughter, mine aren't so hot either!  I may as well tuck them into my front pant-pokets  :/

I've always wanted to be long and lean..... BUT SHEESH... not up stairs!! lol

no kidding, what's up with the droppy look......may need to get a breast lift later....if I have the money...hah....

I know huh?!?!  wouldn't it be nice if we could just jump up and say... "hmmmm.. I think I wanna breast lift today.  I'm just gather up my spare $5000 and go get one"

I'd pool all my money for a tummy tuck!!!!!!

Oh yeah...tummy tuck is my ultimate choice caused it is where my fats accumulated after having 4 kids.  I weigh 117 now but my waistline is 33 in, same measurement as my co-worker who weighs 180 lbs...now explain that to me?

Anyways,  I'm VERY HAPPY with my loss this week :)

I probably lost 5 pounds since the beginning of this challenge and my legs and arms look way more toned now, and I have lost a lot of belly fat. I want to lose some more for the end of September -- I want to travel to Mexico or Cuba with my boyfriend and I want to look good in a bathing suit.
