July 7 - September 1 -Everyone Welcome!-
So, I was an active calorie-count user and member.. but then, I just gave up and that resulted in me gaining 15 pounds! BLECH! THat's 16 MORE to lose make it 41 pounds that's gotta go. Oh boy. I plan to do this before the year ends. I'm definately not gonna start 2009 looking the way i am now.
But I'm taking baby steps and I go through this in 8-week time periods. After every eight weeks, I get to buy an outfit I would NEVER even THINK of buying :) .. I mean yeah I'm gonna shop in between but after the eight weeks, I plan to buy something eye catching and mind blowing !
I also plan to lose around 12 pounds every eight weeks. That's 1.5 pounds a week. It may sound simple but I'm not gonna try to slip through, I'm gonnna work my butt off for these eight weeks and maybe, just maybe, exceed my goal by a few pounds. BUT - less than 12 is not gonna cut it.
Okay, I'm not gonna post my weight until tomorrow which will be the beginning of WEEK 1.

I have had a crazy week as well and I haven't been able to post as much as I would have liked to. Congrats on the weight loss though. I sadly haven't lost anymore (yet) but the upside to that is that I haven't gained any weight either.

So I had a really bad today and definitely ate waaaaay too much. Way, way, huge binge. But tomorrow's a new day, I'm gonna kick this whole all-or-nothing mentality, get back on the wagon, and I've re-set my goal to 122. :/

so, the past month and a half have been rough.. up and down up and down. i was just diagnosed with hypothyroidism so hopefully once I get my levels balanced out and keep up the exercise & good eating I will lose the weight instead of fluctuating around the same 4 lbs. i'm involved with three chalenges right now and my goal is to finish them all off with losses!!
Can I do OA with Calorie Count?
