July 7 - September 1 -Everyone Welcome!-
So, I was an active calorie-count user and member.. but then, I just gave up and that resulted in me gaining 15 pounds! BLECH! THat's 16 MORE to lose make it 41 pounds that's gotta go. Oh boy. I plan to do this before the year ends. I'm definately not gonna start 2009 looking the way i am now.
But I'm taking baby steps and I go through this in 8-week time periods. After every eight weeks, I get to buy an outfit I would NEVER even THINK of buying :) .. I mean yeah I'm gonna shop in between but after the eight weeks, I plan to buy something eye catching and mind blowing !
I also plan to lose around 12 pounds every eight weeks. That's 1.5 pounds a week. It may sound simple but I'm not gonna try to slip through, I'm gonnna work my butt off for these eight weeks and maybe, just maybe, exceed my goal by a few pounds. BUT - less than 12 is not gonna cut it.
Okay, I'm not gonna post my weight until tomorrow which will be the beginning of WEEK 1.
&&YES! There are goals for every week for motivation. Winners will receive a sticker made by yours truly :)

kla I'm glad they found out what the problem is. I hope you can get it balanced quickly. Be prepared sometimes it takes a little time. At least you're 2 steps ahead with the good diet and exercise.

Aug 11 - 134 totally forgot to check in that week!!!!
Aug 18 - 136 had a bad weekend, went to a BBQ. No body brought salad. All they had was fried fish, jambalaya and mac n cheese...oh plus cake and my brownies....I should have brougth salad!!!!! Shame on me

I'm so sorry for abandoning this challenge.
I fractured 3 of my fingers so I wasn't able to use the computer at all. They still hurt but I'm almost healed.
I won't be able to give out the prizes I has promised and I am SOOOOOOOO sorry.
I've been almost back to normal for a few days now and I am trying to get back into the losing game.
I have started a new group in the MOTIVATION forum.
30 lbs by Christmas.
