This is fun. Weighed in today after two weeks and I'm the same as when I started. I feel bloated and gross so maybe it's how I ate yesterday. Ah! Frustrating. But I'm home and back on track and I know it'll go down pretty fast again. Sooo... yeah. Kudos to those that have done better than the challenge leader! After all, I'm here to encourage you and if some of you are doing good and losing that's worth it right there!

Lost 2 1/2 pounds this past week, yay!  I know when TOM was over my weight would show a loss again!

I'm *feeling* skinnier and have finally entered the "normal" range on my BMI scale, woohoooo!!!!!

Total lost: 7 Pounds since I started this challenge

Lost only 1 lb this week but in total since starting CC at the end of April I lost 16lbs!!!!!

I almost didn't post my results this week. Another week. No loss. I did really well all week. Started a new running routine which I LOVE, but pushed it too hard and injured my right knee. Plus, I had a bad weekend. Not food wise, but alcohol wise. But I can definitely tell a difference in my clothes, so, who knows what will come in the weeks ahead...almost halfway through now though. No way I'll make it to 20 lbs. But if I get to 15 or even 10 I'll know I accomplished something...

Didn't get to the gym this morning for my weigh in it was to nice out so went and rode my horse instead..........beatiful ride at 6 30 am so peaceful and poor boy did he get a work out had my heart rate up to 172 can imagine what his was...lol

can sure tell my clothes are getting alot losser really noticing it in my legs right now they are really firming up and losing inches there so i know without stepping on the scale I'm losing

Need to ram it up this week. Have to watch the diet, that's the hard part- the exercise is becoming a little more natural.

I know I already posted and I know it's Wednesday, but! I was crying about not losing any this week (again) and being down on myself...until I stepped on the scale this morning, and low and behold! I am 166! So let's try this again...

I know I am still behind in the game, but I'm still going, doing my best, and whatever shal be shall be... I'm totally psyched that I'm down 4 lbs. word.

Good Job to everyone else too. To those of you who aren't losing as fast as you thought you would, at least we're losing and doing it healthfully! YAY!!

I have estimated my weight loss again this week as the scales still aren't working at the gym! I have lost at least another 1lb according to the wii fit. I can't wait for the scales to get fixed - I hope that I have underestimated and have a nice surprise!

I have been celebrating this week because I have now reached 51lb lost since Jan 08 and feeling much better for it. Thank you all for keeping me going and giving me another incentive to not give in!

Well done to all of you for sticking with the challenge!

WOW!  Congrats!  That is really great!   Keep going! 

I just finished reading the book Skinny Bitch. Wow... any of you read it before? I thought it was a riot, and they have some really good points in there. I knew a lot of it already, but it definitely helped me... and motivated me! What language like that wouldn't? And I'm back down to 151, yay! At least that's 2 pounds difference.

~ .2lbs ~ Not alot but expected it. Hiked 2 of the Adirondack High Peaks this past weekend which shouldve put me alot lower but wuth hiking comes camping and all the goodness that comes with it! Next Week... Next Week.

Congrats to everyone on their weight loss last week, and for sticking with this... and I agree.. where did everyone go?  We started out with so many and now we're down to just a handful.

I am anxiously awaiting the new thread for this week.  Laughing

In the meantime, I'm about to purchase a digital food scale.  Much more accurate (I hope!) than my regular kitchen scale.

Is there a new thread today? I didn't weigh today, but I'll weigh tomorrow...don't think I'll be down much though...had friends in town last wed and thurs, then went to see my son for the weekend...BAH!! Who knows, though, eh? I'll find out tomorrow, I guess...
