Me, too. I have been losing, but I do so much better when I have to log my weight. Posting where all the world can see my weight keeps me out of the fridge. I will begin on July 1 and post that day's weight. Look forward to the next 3 months with you all.

Oo, definitely want to join this! I'm currently 5'7 and 174.5 pounds with a HUGE problem with binging. I want to lose 20-25 pounds by the end of September.
I am currently 191.6 pounds. Today is my sixteenth wedding anniversary and I want to improve my health. As the mother of five children it is difficult to make time for me. I have been trying to go from walking races to actually running, but the Florida heat and humidity have sent me in doors and my weight up. My heaviest weight was 249 pounds just before delivering my twin boys (1/07). I wish I could say that the number doesn't matter but I would love to weigh 178 or less, but only if I can keep that weight. I was down to 180 less than a year ago, but life happens and I eat. My family is great and they make healthy food choices, I just need to control my portions and get moving. Looking forward to the pushes you will provide along the way.
Hi everyone, Weighed in this am at 220 lbs. up one pound but that is OK, I wanted to be at 220 lbs. for the end of June. My goal is to remove 5 lbs. per month till I get to 156. We shall see how that works out. Roger from Western NY

With CC I've lost nearly 20 lbs since March, and my goal is to be 150. I've struggled lately though - It seems I've hit a plateau. I'm hoping this challenge will help with my last 6 pounds.

Transferring over from previous Heavenly Challenge! Now that I've had 20 weeks of fiing my diet, the weekly loss (...I always average so I don't freak about day today fluctuations...) is slowly down a bit. But I've seen a 10% loss, so I guess that's natural.
Formatting hint: If you use 'shift-enter' rather than 'enter' between lines (like for a list of weeks), you'll get tighter spacing in your post

FL-Mom, Happy anniversary! We'll be at 28y in a month. I wish I had gotten more serious about wt back a dozen year ago. I recently did a chart of approx wt gains over last 30 years--boy, I wish my retirement fund looked like that, up-up-up<grin>!!
