TODAY IS THE FIRST DAY    I AM LOGGING MY WEIGHT!

Everyone feel free to join in and do it a consistant day that is good for you.  If you forget and don't post, JUST POST WHEN YOU REMEMBER! After all the main reason we are in this challenge is to get support while we are on this diet journey and work with a goal in mind.

I will do my best to check this challenge everyday and comment.  As I suffer network problems it may not always be feasible that I do log in ~ but I will try.

The goal is just to lose 10 lbs. in 3 months.  It is safer for you, & you're more likely to have the weight stay off for good if you lose the weight slowly.  'Course, you could always lose more, if you want to!

    To answer A question, about if you are expected to reach your goal weight by the end of the challenge is NO.  The purpose is to see if you get to it or how close you get to it and stay motivated and COMPLETE THE CHALLENGE NO MATTER what your numbers.

    As I wrote before I did a April through June 30th challenge and only loss 2.4 pounds.  The idea behind it though for me was I recorded everyweek.  I stayed committed.

    The idea for me setting up this challenge is are you just "INTERESTED" or "COMMITTED" at challenging yourself for your health.  That is all.
