Hi Heavenly..... I'm in! Thank you for starting another Challenge. Looks like you have a great group for July through September. The 3 month Challenge we just finished was a big help. Checking in every week keeps me aware of what I am doing. As you know I was going gangbusters with steadily losing but the change in diabetes meds messed me up. My total loss for your April-June challenge was 6 pounds. I really thought I could hit the 10 pound goal. It was not to be.

Hello I would like to join the challenge my starting weight is 156 lbs. I need some kind of modivation I have been a member of Tops for 2 years now.
I lost a total of 40 lbs. which is great but I now work 3rd shift and I don't know where to fit in the exercising with the job,the kids,everything else it is not easy. I have not been working out so I am hoping this challenge will motivate me more. I would love to at least lose 10 lbs. I have been fighting to get out of the 150's for a year now!!! well best of luck to all of ya lets shed some lbs and get down to where we would love to be!

Let the challenge begin! I am really excited to keep losing. I started at 154 on May 4 and am down almost 10 lbs. I am not losing fast, but I am not dieting, either. I am eating healthy, working out, getting enough rest, and overall very happy not only with my progress, but with my life in general. That's tough to say with a full-time job and enrolled part-time in grad school.

I will weigh in again on Sundays like the last challenge. I lost 10.6 pounds since April 1 and a big part of that was the support I got from heavenly through her challenges. This time I will concentrate on doing it the healthy way and will be happy with a 5-pound loss. :) Good luck to all of you out there!
